 | English Porter | | This beer is a very dark brown, almost black, full bodied ale with its bitterness derived from the early addition of Northern Brewer hops. The darkness of this porter comes predominately from the use of black malt rather than roasted barley, as in stouts. |

 | Euro-Pilsner | | A straw-blonde pale lager style. The delicate hop aroma comes from the noble Czech Saaz hop which is typical for German & Eastern Europe beers. Flavourful, yet light enough to satisfy domestic beer consumers. |

 | Extra Special Bitter | | A medium bodied, deep amber to copper colored ale with a sweet malty flavor derived from the use of a large portion of British crystal malt. The classic combination of Fuggle and East Kent Golding hops produce a complex hop flavour without overwhelming the sweet malt character which an Extra Special Bitter traditionally has. |

 | Hi Test Lager | | Similar to the Canuck Lager but with higher alcohol and slightly more hops to balance an increased sweetness associated with domestic higher strength blonde beers. |

 | Holiday Spiced Ale | | This delicious deep reddish brown seasonal ale is brewed with 3 lbs. of honey to raise its alcohol to approx. 7.5% to provide a "winter warmer" style beer. The hop profile is complex, featuring Northern Brewer hops for bitterness and Willamette hops for aroma. For further complexity, the Holiday Ale has been gently spiced with cinnamon, orange and lemon peel to impart a truly unique yet subtle character to this beer that ages so well. |
