Barvarian Dark Lager Even though this lager style is quite dark, hop bitterness is kept low to allow the specialty malt addition to shine through.
Canuck Lager A crisp clean refreshing straw colored lager style beer, user friendly with the commercial beer crowd.
English Porter This beer is a very dark brown, almost black, full bodied ale with its bitterness derived from the early addition of Northern Brewer hops. The darkness of this porter comes predominately from the use of black malt rather than roasted barley, as in stouts.
Euro-Pilsner A straw-blonde pale lager style. The delicate hop aroma comes from the noble Czech Saaz hop which is typical for German & Eastern Europe beers. Flavourful, yet light enough to satisfy domestic beer consumers.
Extra Special Bitter A medium bodied, deep amber to copper colored ale with a sweet malty flavor derived from the use of a large portion of British crystal malt. The classic combination of Fuggle and East Kent Golding hops produce a complex hop flavour without overwhelming the sweet malt character which an Extra Special Bitter traditionally has.
Hi Test Lager Similar to the Canuck Lager but with higher alcohol and slightly more hops to balance an increased sweetness associated with domestic higher strength blonde beers.
Holiday Spiced Ale This delicious deep reddish brown seasonal ale is brewed with 3 lbs. of honey to raise its alcohol to approx. 7.5% to provide a "winter warmer" style beer. The hop profile is complex, featuring Northern Brewer hops for bitterness and Willamette hops for aroma. For further complexity, the Holiday Ale has been gently spiced with cinnamon, orange and lemon peel to impart a truly unique yet subtle character to this beer that ages so well.
Honey Dark Ale The sweet honey finish of this deep brown beer is complemented with a large infusion of chocolate malt and a northwest hop flavour to produce a rich full bodied brew.
Honey Pale Ale This blonde ale is deliberately lightly hopped, so as to allow the flavour imparted by 1 lb. of honey to distinctly follow through in the finish.
India Dark Ale A highly bitter, dark beer with a similar hop profile as the India Pale Ale but more complex with the additional specialty malts. This beer is bound to wake up your tastebuds and is for those not afraid of hop bitterness.
India Pale Ale The pale color and medium body of this ale may deceive those who are not prepared for its robust strength and high hop bitterness.
Irish Stout A full bodied, very black stout with a distinctly dry roasted flavour and plenty of Northern Brewer bitterness to please even the most discerning stout lover.
Marzenbier This beer is another example of a classic European lager style beer. The smooth toasted malty flavor of this bronze colored beer is complemented with Czech Saaz hops to provide the traditional hop flavour associated with this style. This medium bodied brew is not too bitter, yet not too mild.

Scottish Export Ale This brown scottish export beer uniquely combines crystal and roasted barley with a low hopping rate to allow a softer aromatic malty character.
Scottish Peated Ale This truly unique beer is brewed with a portion of peated malt, often used to make Scotch Whisky. This wonderful dry smoked flavour combined with a half kilo of Demerara sugar is complimented by roast and crystal malts to deliver a most original taste sensation.
West Coast Blonde With a good dose of Willamette hops in the finish for aroma, this easy drinking golden blonde ale is an exceptional year round beer sure to please both the tame and the adventurous beer drinker.
West Coast Pale A well balanced copper colored ale with medium hopped flavour. An excellent "session beer".
